Scope of this text

This policy covers the sevkora.com marketing site only. How the Sevkora application (app.sevkora.com) processes customer data falls outside the scope of this text.

How the site works

The site consists of pre-built static pages. Visitors do not create an account or sign in, and the site does not write a cookie that identifies you. The contact form is the one exception, in that it sends your message on to a separate service; it is described below.

Analytics

We use Umami, self-hosted on our own server, for visit statistics. Umami sets no cookies and is not used to identify visitors directly; limited technical information such as page views, referrer, approximate country and general device type is processed to understand aggregate usage trends. This is why the site has no cookie consent banner.

Cookie-based advertising or analytics tools (such as Google Analytics or Meta Pixel) are not used on this site. If such a tool is ever added, it will only run after a cookie consent mechanism is in place and the visitor has given consent.

Contact form

The name, email address and message you provide through the form on the contact page are sent to our contact infrastructure at form.techperlab.com in order to deliver your request to us, and from there on to our mailbox. That service does not keep the message in a database; it is turned into an email and passes through.

Cloudflare Turnstile is used to protect the form. During verification, technical information about your browser and network environment may be processed by Cloudflare. The verification writes no cookie to your browser. To limit abuse of the form, your IP address is held briefly in memory only and is not written to disk or to log files. The details are set out in the Data Protection Notice.

Email

If you would rather not use the form, you can write directly to the address shown on the page. A message sent that way is processed for the same purpose, to answer your request and, where relevant, to establish a business relationship. What you send (your name, email address and the content of your message) is kept in our mailbox.

Hosting

The marketing site is published on Cloudflare Pages; while you browse it, your IP address is technically processed by the hosting provider. Our analytics server and application servers are located within the European Union. The service the contact form delivers to, and the Cloudflare service that performs the form security check, also run on servers outside Türkiye.
