Stock, orders and shipping

Track your operations from stock to shipment, all on one screen.

Sevkora brings stock, orders, goods receipt, shipping and collections into one system for trading, wholesale and distribution companies. You can trace where each item came from, where it is now and which order it left with.

  • One flow from goods receipt to payment collection
  • Traceability down to lot, serial number and shelf
  • Every movement recorded with who made it and when

Every number has a chain of records behind it

Stock changes through approved documents such as goods receipt, shipment and count adjustment. Open any quantity on screen and you see the movements that produced it.

The record is created as the work happens

You can record goods receipt as the items come in, looking each one up by its barcode number, and leave short-delivered lines open.

Location lives in the system

Which warehouse and shelf an item sits in is part of the record. The whole team sees the layout of the warehouse from the same screen.

Only what you actually have goes out

When an order is approved its items are set aside for it and stay there. For items with an expiry date, only batches still in date are released for shipment. When something is stopped, the reason is on the screen.

What a day in the warehouse actually looks like

In many companies stock tracking does not run in software but across a few spreadsheets and a few people's memory. These are the daily consequences of that, and how Sevkora approaches each of them.

The shelf count and the record do not match

The record says 12, the shelf holds 9. The gap usually comes not from one mistake but from an unrecorded outbound, a returned item, a box handed out as a sample. And it surfaces not at the year-end count but at the moment something is promised to a customer.

In SevkoraEvery change in quantity is tied to a document. Open a number and you see the movements behind it in date order.

The delivery note is still on the desk

Goods arrive during a busy hour and the note is put aside to be entered in the evening. In the evening something else comes up. The next day, whoever enters it no longer remembers where the items were put.

In SevkoraThe record is completed at the bench, as the goods come in. Whatever arrived short stays open and keeps showing on the order.

Only one person knows where it is

The layout of a warehouse often lives not in a system but in the head of whoever has worked there longest. When that person is away, the search begins, and every minute spent searching delays an order.

In SevkoraAn item is recorded wherever it is placed. What one person knows stays in the record, so you look it up on screen instead of hunting for it.

Finding out it ran out when a customer orders

In most companies the critical level is not a defined threshold but a feeling. Running low is usually noticed at the point of sale, and by then either delivery slips or stock is bought in a hurry and at a premium.

In SevkoraAvailable and reserved quantities are shown separately. You notice an item running low well before the moment of sale.

FAQ

Short answers

Who is it built for?

For trading, wholesale and distribution businesses that run their operation today on spreadsheets, messaging apps and personal memory. The interface stays simple, while the record-keeping behind it remains rigorous; a company can go down to lot, serial number and shelf level, or stay with the simple view.

Can it replace the stock tracking we do in spreadsheets?

That is what it was built for. Instead of scattered tables, stock, orders and collections sit in one current record. Several people working at once, the movement history and the question of who changed what and when are a natural part of the system in Sevkora.

Does it need to be installed, and how is it used?

Sevkora runs in a web browser, so a browser is all you need on any computer you open it on. We configure your company workspace with you at the start, around your warehouses, products and users. Products can be looked up by barcode number; support for dedicated barcode-scanner hardware is on the roadmap.

Can we migrate our existing data?

We work with you to bring over core data such as product, supplier and customer lists. To begin, we plan the field mapping together using a sample or anonymised file. If real data needs to be migrated, we proceed once the scope, purpose, retention period, access rights and secure transfer method have been settled in writing.
